Embun Design Studio Joins Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Mosque Development at Surau Al-Jannah, Seksyen 23

On a momentous day filled with blessings and purpose, Embun Design Studio had the honour of attending the Official Groundbreaking Ceremony for the development of a new mosque at Surau Al-Jannah, Seksyen 23, Shah Alam.

The ceremony was gracefully inaugurated by Y.A.D. Dato' Haji Emran bin Haji Kadir, Dato' Orang Kaya Maha Bijaya Petaling, Orang Besar Daerah Petaling—a figure of great distinction whose presence brought ceremonial significance and spiritual encouragement to the project.

This meaningful milestone marks the beginning of a visionary development that aims to serve as both a spiritual sanctuary and a vibrant community hub for the residents of Seksyen 23. Attended by respected local leaders, religious scholars, and community members, the event celebrated unity, faith, and a shared mission to nurture a stronger, more connected ummah.

As the appointed design consultant for the mosque development, Embun Design Studio is humbled and proud to contribute our architectural expertise to this noble project. Our design approach aims to harmonize timeless Islamic architectural elements with modern-day functionality, resulting in a mosque that will not only elevate the landscape but also the lives of those who gather within it.

This groundbreaking ceremony symbolizes more than just the start of construction—it is a declaration of our commitment to designing spaces with soul, intention, and enduring impact.

We look forward to sharing progress updates and walking alongside the community as this meaningful journey unfolds.
