Embun's recently held a three-day team-building event at Pulau Besar, Johor Bahru, aimed at enhancing self-confidence, time management, integrity, innovation, high spirit, and leadership among our employees. This event was mandatory for all staff, ensuring full participation and a collective experience.

Accommodation and Meals:
Embun's provided food and accommodation for all employees, including breakfast, lunch, tea time, and dinner for the entire duration of the event. Comfortable lodging and nutritious meals were part of our commitment to ensuring the well-being and energy of our team members.

Day 1: Team Formation and Initial Activities
Upon arrival, employees were divided into teams through a draw vote. This random selection process helped mix departments and encouraged cross-functional interactions. The day's activities focused on foundational team-building exercises:

Objective: To enhance coordination, delegation, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Outcome: Teams developed strategies to complete tasks efficiently, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
Lost and Found Game:

Outcome: Participants demonstrated creative solutions and teamwork to locate hidden items around the venue.
Build a Sea Ship:
Objective: To promote innovation, engineering skills, and cooperation.
Outcome: Teams constructed functional sea ships using provided materials, highlighting their ability to work under pressure and think outside the box.
Day 2: Skill Development and Outdoor Activities
The second day was packed with engaging activities designed to build specific skills and improve physical stamina:
